GSFC University, Vadodara, was established by the GSFC Education Society in 2014. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission under the Gujarat Private University (Second Amendment) Act, 2014. GSFC University collaborates with Victoria University Australia, University of Dubai UAE, University of Maryland USA, Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology Bhuj, etc., to maintain global standards of education and provide innovative curricula, research-led learning, and industry engagement.
The university offers UG, PG, PG Diploma, and PhD courses in streams, including Engineering, Science and Business Administration. GSFC University offers these programmes through three schools, namely School of Technology (SOT), School of Science (SOS), and School of Management Studies & Liberal Arts (SoM&LA). Popular courses at GSFC University include BSc and BTech. GSFC University admission is both entrance and merit-based. Further, for admission to BTech and BSc, candidates are required to apply and appear for the entrance exams accepted by the university, such as JEE Main/ GUJCET/ ACPC (For State Quota) or any state-level entrance test or national-level entrance test.
According to the GSFC University placements, the average package stood at INR 4.5 LPA. At GSFCU, 30% of faculty members are industry experts, and the University believes in immersive learning through hands-on training and offers internships every semester. The GSFC University campus is spread over an area of 100 acres.
