The online registration process for admissions to LPU is now open. To apply students can visit the LPU website and register for the LPUNEST. LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) serves as both an admission test and a pathway for students to secure scholarships. During the application period, candidates can choose their preferred programs and must take the LPUNEST to qualify for admission and potential financial support based on merit.
Among the 2023-24 batch, Yashasvi Yaduvanshi and Harsh Vardhan of BTech Computer Science and Engineering have secured a handsome package of Rs 52.08 lakh at Microsoft. A student of mechanical engineering secured the highest CTC of Rs 54.9 lakh. On the other hand, architecture, and MBA students have received packages of Rs 31.69 and Rs 29.3 lakh, respectively. Renowned companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Deloitte extended offers during the 2025 placement season.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approval is not required for a university to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in its judgment CWP2056 of 1999 titled BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY & ANR. V/S ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION & ORS, and various other cases.
